Attention: Vended School Meals Companies

The QUANTUM STEAM ACADEMY is soliciting invitations for bid for vended school meals. The Vendor would provide meal services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines as well as State of Minnesota Department of Education policies and guidelines.

Vendors and/or their representatives may submit bids to QUANTUM STEAM ACADEMY at its mailing address 497 Humboldt Ave, St. Paul, MN 55107.

The QUANTUM STEAM ACADEMY school board reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.

A pre-bid meeting will not be scheduled. A copy of the IFB will be available by email at mkandil@qsteamacademy.org by 6/11/2025. Potential bidders are asked to email their questions to MAHROUS KANDIL, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR at mkandil@qsteamacademy.org by 6/16/2025.

All bids must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM due on 6/25/2025. All bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the QUANTUM STEAM ACADEMY and be clearly marked: Vended School Meals Bid.
